As you can see I've changed the layout a little bit because Yaccs, the commenting service I used, started defaulting to ads for a casino. Thanks Caity for picking it up.

Hmm, I'm still not convinced it's working correctly. The casino page still appears as a pop-up, and the comments pop-up box doesn't appear as a pop-up. Maybe you should try setting the comments to not use pop-up boxes at all :s
In fact, I suspect it's less Yaccs, more Tripod that's causing it. Possibly.
I think you're right that it's Tripod. Another republishing and we'll see. Then I'll probably get off my arse and get a hosting service.
